What can you expect
You can sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful Arubean sea with your music in the background. The yacht has a great sound system. You may plug in with your USB or connect through Bluetooth to play your own music.

During your boat trip you can choose to go snorkeling, swimming, paddle or just enjoy a nice private cruise and lie down on our sunset pad on deck.

Private captain and mate
You will have the undivided attention of our knowledgeable as well as personable Captain and first mate serving your friends or family.
 

Safety on board
We want maximum safety for our guests and crew, that is why we have on board: AED, 14 T2 life jackets with whistle and light, first aid kit, first aid trained crew, VHF radio, liability insurance. It is important that guests adhere to the safety rules given by the crew during the briefing in advance. Before the start of the trip, a weaver must also be signed on which each passenger is listed with their first and last name.

The trip includes:
> Captain and a mate

> Alcoholic bottles which you can mix & match, from our available beverage list, see below (the amount of bottles depends on the group size)

> Various types of juice and carbonated drinks: water & ice with Coca Cola / Cola Zero / Sprite / Sparkling Water / Ginger Ale / Cranberry-/Orange- & Ananas juice on board. 

> Charcuterie platter (Cold snacks with meat, cheese and fruits)

> Beach towels

> Sunchill floating mat
> Snorkel equipment
> Aruba Sunscreen reef proof
> Paddle board
> Life vest

Water activities included in the price:

 Extra charge:
> By or above 8 people we charge an extra $100 for a bigger group
> Maximum of 4 children < 10 years allowed on board (under the guidance of minimum 2 adults)
> The prices above are excluded cc & bookings fee
> $250 damage/missing on board (to pay in cash on the day of boarding)

> Kicker sound installation outside (with Bluetooth connection to play your music)

> 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom can be used during the trip and the other is private use only)
 

Security Allowance: $250 damage/missing on board
On the day of boarding you have to pay “extra in cash $250”, which you will get back after the trip is finished. In case of minor expenses or damage, we will claim up to this amount as an additional charge. Whether everything is left in good condition and nothing is missing will be discussed with you afterwards with the staff before you leave the boat.
 

What to Know

15-20% of the charter fee is standard for tipping your crew.

What NOT to Bring

> No self tanning lotion or bronzer allowed onboard or on your person as it stains yacht upholstery.

> No denim or jean articles of clothing as the dyes can seep into the yachts upholstery when wet.

> No temporary hair dyes or wigs that can bleed color when wet.

> No red wine or other staining beverages.

> No smoking (electronic vapes are permitted).

> No pets are allowed onboard.

> No glitter or confetti.

  Outside decoration is not possible: In order to protect the turtles and other endangered species in the sea, we no longer offer to decorate the boat outside. This has also now been prohibited by the Aruban Government.

Taxi-Services
We don’t have pick up services, so please arrange on time your taxi from your hotel/accommodation to the Harbor.

The refund / cancellation policy
> A full refund without penalty shall be given if the charter is cancelled at least 1 week prior the sailing date. 25% cancellation fee within the week till 3 days prior and within the 3 days prior NO refund.
> A full refund will be provided If the charter is cancelled by Adventure Sports Aruba
> We are also not cancelling the trip with rain. In Aruba it can rain, but not long. Only with a storm, but there are no boats going out then.
> You have up to a week before the sailing date to adjust the number of people. If you have booked for multiple people and your group becomes smaller (within a week before sailing) then you still have to pay the full amount. We prepare everything on board (drinks/food) based on the size of your group and last minute changes in reducing the number of people is not possible!
